1. Shipping Times and Conditions

  • Delivery Timeframe: The estimated delivery time for the pet snuffle mat is 7 to 12 business days (Monday to Friday, excluding weekends and public holidays).

  • Processing: Orders are processed within 1 to 3 business days following payment confirmation.

  • Delays Beyond Control: ZentivaPet is not responsible for delivery delays caused by severe weather conditions, customs holds, transit strikes, or courier saturation during peak commercial seasons.

  • Incorrect Address: The customer is responsible for ensuring the delivery address provided is complete and accurate. In the event a package is returned due to incomplete or incorrect details, the customer must cover the reshipping costs.

3. Product Use and Care Instructions

To maintain the product in optimal condition, the customer must strictly follow the wash and care guidelines:

  • Washing Temperature: Machine wash at a maximum of 30 °C (86 °F) (a delicate cycle is recommended).

  • Drying: Air dry only. Do not tumble dry.

  • Detergents: Do not use bleach, harsh chemicals, or fabric softeners.

Exclusion of Warranty due to Misuse: The legal warranty does not cover damage, wear, discoloration, shrinkage, or fabric tearing resulting from non-compliance with the specified care instructions (washing above 30 °C, tumble drying, or using abrasive products), nor does it cover damage caused by pet chewing or inappropriate use.

4. Returns, Right of Withdrawal, and Hygiene Policy

  • Right of Withdrawal: The customer has 14 calendar days from receipt of the package to exercise their right to return the product without providing a reason.

  • Hygiene and Health Exception: For hygiene and veterinary health reasons, returns or exchanges will not be accepted for snuffle mats that have been used or washed by the customer. The product must be returned in its original, unused condition, free of pet hair, and with all original packaging and instructions intact.

5. Intellectual Property

All content on this website (texts, photographs, logos, designs, and product descriptions) is the exclusive property of ZentivaPet and is protected under applicable intellectual property laws. Reproduction or distribution without prior written authorization is strictly prohibited.

6. Applicable Law and Jurisdiction

These terms and conditions shall be governed by and construed in accordance with applicable legislation. Any dispute or legal matter shall be submitted to the competent courts of the consumer's domicile or the appropriate jurisdiction under consumer protection laws.
